People have a perception that they have to starve themselves to loose some weight. That they shouldn't eat certain foods. That carbs and calories are the devil! That is so not the case! I eat just over 2500cals a day, and over on the right you have my not so chiselled stomach compared to when I was cutting.
You only live once, and I LOVE food, do you really think I'm going to spend my life restricting myself for a 'nice body'?! Hell to the NO!! Exercise is 🔑!! So is consistency people!!! It's not an overnight process, and if your trying to build muscle you've gotta teach yourself to eat like a horse.. literally!! 😳 You gotta feed those muscles!!!
I keep my diet very clean and healthy, so everything I eat about 90% of the week is very healthy stuff. The reason why I do it this way is because I try to minimise the amount of body fat I put on during my bulk so when it comes to cutting I don't have a lot to drop. I might add that eating this way isn't a chore for me because I grew up like this so it might be different for some. Some people love their cakes and chocolates and there's nothing wrong with it! That being said, you've gotta find what works for you! What's easy for me might be difficult for you, and vice verse.
Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY....
Love your body at each and every single stage.
