🔥SUPINATED SINGLE DUMBELL CURL! These are a relatively new exercise to me, however, have quickly turned into a staple within my bicep routine! I've always had trouble engaging my biceps, but with this movement being a close grip and open palm, with wrists locked, I can really feel them working! The aforementioned factors are all known to assist contraction of the biceps, so we're definitely on the right track!
👉PRO TIP: Ensure your full range of motion with this one. The idea behind using a single dumbell is to really allow you to get that SQUEEZE right up the top and contract those biceps HARD!
👉TIP: Your best bet with these is to keep tension constant, hence the choice of weight being moderate as opposed to having more swing than a kid at the park!
