I focus on wholistic health, looking at inflammation and bowel function to name a few, not calorie counting and losing weight on the scales. The results speak for themselves. 💜

I did the plan for 10 days out of the 14... 4 days I slipped up with a wine or something sweet... but not excessive. I lost around 4 pounds, and you can see the change in my body! I have continued with the plan... and you can see more changes after another 5 days. My energy is through the roof, my training is better, I wake up naturally really early in the morning.. I've even started to exercise before work.
